It's sort of a Ferris wheel, I guess, with enclosed capsules. It takes about half an hour for the thing to make a complete revolution. It's right across the river from Parliament and the Victoria Embankment.

Wow, I thought it was a Ferris wheel. What exactly is it? Are those cars that you ride in?
